I'M A FIT FOR YOUR FAMILY IF

You do not feel good about how you are showing up as a parent.

When the going gets tough, it is easy to become either a) the parenting monster or b) the parenting doormat.

In Mindful-Ish™ Parenting, 20% of the effort yields 80% of the results. You can get big results from just that little bit of awareness - the 20%.

There is no perfect way to parent, and putting pressure on yourself to be mindful in every situation is unrealistic. This belief is a sure ticket onto the "Not Enough Train" to Nowhere. That is why I've developed Mindful-Ish™ Parenting: to take us out of the far-off land of "should" and bring us back to "what is." Mindful-Ish™ Parenting is about your awareness of how you interact with your kids, the energy you be when you parent them, and choosing new possibilities.

MINDFUL-ISH™ PARENTING: EXPLAINED

Parenting is NOT easy. I know first-hand. I have two adult stepchildren and two teenage sons. My firstborn is a challenging child who led me to the parent coaching world when barely two years old.

I needed help, and I hired a parent coach.

I tell you this because I want you to know that I am not a perfect parent and my children are not always well behaved - but I’ve been in your shoes and have made positive changes, making me a highly effective parenting coach.

I had the pleasure of attending Fran’s parenting class with my wife recently. My family is familiar with conscious parenting and have been reading about these types of techniques since my daughter was born 4 and a half years ago. We decided to attend her class with the mindset of continuing education.

I was really blown away by the immediate results that my family experienced after attending even the first class of the 5-week series. I realized that I lost some of my skills over time and attending the class helped move the ideas from the back of my brain to the front.

I can honestly say that the past month has been the best parenting time period of my life and the energy in my house seems to flow so much more smoothly. I’m not saying that everything is perfect all the time but when conflict inevitably arises I now feel like I have regained the skills to effectively communicate with my daughter.

Fran is unbelievably skilled at what she does and makes all of the ideas she presents easy to understand. I’m very grateful that my family has the opportunity to learn from Fran and we plan on continuing to train with her in the future.
