I am a parent and educator who guides families in the realms of social-emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and behavior. 

I am a thought leader in human potential. My gift is to see the best in others, especially children who have challenging or concerning behaviors.
 
I openly draw from the ups and downs of my own life’s journey and share my tools for being a calm, capable and confident parent. My approach to coaching is enlightening yet practical and is always delivered with wisdom and wit.
