I encourage you to wear light and comfy clothing and remove any bulky jewelry, watches, belts, and hair accessories. You will keep your clothes on and remove your shoes and socks.

I will invite you to lie down on my massage table face up.
Reiki energy flows from my hands into your energy field and body. You may experience relaxation, peace, and a sense of well-being. I may recommend helpful next steps for you to work on independently.

Access Bars® is helpful for people who need to dissipate limiting beliefs and create more ease in their thoughts, feelings and, emotions.

I encourage you to wear light and comfy clothing and remove any bulky jewelry, watches, belts, and hair accessories. You will keep your clothes on and remove your shoes and socks.

I will invite you to lie down on my massage table face up. The Bars are 32 points on the head that store the electromagnetic component of your thoughts, feelings, emotions, ideas, beliefs, considerations, and any points of view stored in your brain. When The Bar points are lightly touched, they release anything that does not allow you to receive, dissolve judgment from within, and reduce emotional charge— having your Bars run creates space for new possibilities.

I will invite you to lie down on my massage table face up. I will apply a gentle, soothing touch to your head, face, neck, and chest. Many energies are used through this process to help all of the cells in your body enliven. People leave looking restored and their skin tighter and lifted- like they've had work done!
