A monthly group call series featuring Mindful-Ish™ Parenting Techniques and Strategies with Coach Franny.

In Mindful-Ish™ Parenting, 20% of the effort yields 80% of the results. You can get big results from just that little bit of awareness - the 20%.

When the going gets tough, it is easy to become either a) the parenting monster or b) the parenting doormat.

There is no perfect way to parent, and putting pressure on yourself to be mindful in every situation is unrealistic. This belief is a sure ticket onto the "Not Enough Train" to Nowhere. That is why I've developed Mindful-Ish™ Parenting: to take us out of the far-off land of "should" and bring us back to "what is." Mindful-Ish™ Parenting is about your awareness of how you interact with your kids, the energy you be when you parent them, and choosing new possibilities.

hey there!

I'm coach franny.

I am a parent, parent coach, behavior consultant, social-emotional learning specialist, and student of life.

What’s important to realize is that there is no perfect ‘mindful’ way to parent and putting the pressure on yourself to be perfect in those situations is unrealistic - this is a sure ticket to the Not Enough Train to Nowhere.

This is why I’ve developed Mindful-Ish™ Parenting.

My mission is to empower parents to feel calm, capable, and confident so they can problem-solve and create new possibilities with their children.

My vision is to create a world where behavior is truly understood and used as an opportunity for healing.

Results from Real Parents

"We all had different age children and different issues we needed help with. Fran was extremely professional throughout the process. She was on point, and always gave herself a hundred percent to understand and solve each issue we brought up - no matter what it was. What was amazing was that regardless of the personal issues we struggled with as moms she always had answers and tools that could help not only the person with the specific issue but some that each one of us could use and incorporate into our life’s in different ways. That made the sessions very interesting because we all ended up having much more common struggles than we expected -and being able to be open about it and know we weren’t alone dealing with certain things was also helpful in itself.

Fran is the perfect dose of spiritual and realistic - she is humble and makes sure you are on the same page that you feel understood and heard throughout the process. She is great and I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to learn and grow as a mom and an individual. There are so many lessons to learn from everyday struggles that help improve not only the lives of your children but your life as well."

- Parent of a 4-year-old and 11-month-old

"Franny ran the group weekly and every time she imparted us with pertinent information that can be helpful in better raising our children.

She has a way with her words tand the most pe become a better person, mother, and wife as everything she taught us was applicable to all aspects of my life. Thank you, Franny!"

- Mandy F., Mother of 2, Aventura, FL

"When I started Franny's Mindful-Ish™ Parenting program I was in dire need to help my child. I had countless stories about poor behavior and disrespect. Name-calling, attitude, throwing objects, the list goes on and on. I wanted to do anything in my power to learn the best way to help my child and change these behaviors and stop the constant arguing back and forth and the meltdowns and exhaustion that would come afterward. I feel like this next sentence is like the big reveal on a makeover show....it’s not about your child or children, it’s about YOU. The biggest part of this program and the main take away for me is that I know it starts with me.

I have the choice to stop and breathe. It doesn’t matter that I’m not the one with the “problem”. I may not be able to fix the problem either, but I now have the tools to work through it. I am so grateful to Coach Franny for taking me on this journey allowing me to learn and understand that it starts with me. I am now equipped (my husband too) to handle these situations. Today was not my best, but I have tomorrow."

When does the program start?
It starts as soon as you join! Our calls are one per month, typically on the 3rd Wednesday of each month, but can be adjusted to meet the availability of the group.

Will this work for my family?
If you are willing to implement the strategies we discuss together, and add/tweak/delete as needed then yes, this will work for your family.

What if I need more support?
If you feel you might need more support than the MIP Monthly subscription, please check out my services guide here.

How do the strategy calls work?
In order for me to give you 5-10 minutes in the dedicated strategy call, you'll need to fill out a quick form prior so that I make sure there is adequate time to support your needs. Then, on the call, we will talk through your situation and I will help you problem-solve.

What if I'd like to keep myself and my family anonymous?
It is totally up to you whether or not you'd like to be hot-seated in each strategy call. You can absolutely submit your questions ahead of the call and I can share with the group my suggestions (and you can watch the replay later). But note - this is an inclusive community with no tolerance for judgment or shaming. It is the intention that every parent in this group is also here to support each other on their parenting journey.
